Staples Store Transformation
As part of a cross-functional team reimagining the Staples retail experience, I helped transform outdated stores into modern, service-focused environments designed to make it easier for customers to navigate and discover what Staples had to offer.
One of the biggest challenges was a cluttered in-store experience, with competing signage for products, promotions, services, and vendors making it difficult for customers to find what they needed. I developed the creative approach for key service areas, introducing graphic treatments, visual storytelling, and wayfinding that brought greater clarity, consistency, and personality to the store.
Working closely with fixturing, visual merchandising, marketing, and construction, I helped bring the creative vision from concept to implementation. The result was a cleaner, more cohesive store experience with a more intentional approach to signage and customer communication. The new approach became a foundation for future Staples store remodels.
